Overview of the Occupants Page
The Occupants page is designed to display all current and past occupants linked to units managed in EasyHub. It includes the following fields:
Unit No.: Identifies the specific unit tied to a guest or resident.
User Name: Displays the occupant's full name.
Account: Refers to the PMS-linked identifier or the email/username for account access.
Occupant Type: Specifies the type of occupant, such as a guest or resident member.
Authorization Time: Indicates when the occupant was granted access to the unit and devices.
Actions: Allows you to view detailed information about the selected occupant or manage their settings.
Key Functionalities
Search and Filter:
Use the search bar at the top to locate occupants by their Unit No. or User Name/Email Address.
Enter partial or complete details to narrow your search effectively.
Reset filters to display the full list of occupants by clicking the Reset button.
Viewing Occupant Details:
Click the Details link in the Actions column to access comprehensive information about the selected occupant. This includes:
Their access permissions.
Devices authorized for their use.
PMS-synced reservation information such as check-in/check-out dates.
Synchronization with PMS:
If integrated with a PMS, the information on this page updates in real-time, ensuring that all guest and resident data is accurate and reflects the current occupancy.
Practical Use Cases
Verify Occupant Information: Check occupant details before providing additional access or resolving issues.
Manage Access Permissions: Ensure that only authorized individuals can control devices or enter specific areas of the property.
