Learn how to integrate EasyHub with your Streamline Account.

Learn how to integrate Streamline with EasyHub to improve your property management processes. By enabling this integration, EasyHub can read your reservations and automatically update door lock codes for seamless guest access.

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

1. Request Integration Activation

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

    Subject: EasyHub API Integration Activation Request

    Subject: EasyHub API Integration Activation Request

    Dear Streamline Integration Partners Team,

    Please enable the EasyHub API integration for our account. This integration will allow EasyHub to:
    - Read our reservations.
    - Update our reservation door lock codes.

    Once the integration is enabled, kindly share the key/secret for API access with the EasyHub team.

    Regards,
    [Your Name]
    [Your Company Name]

    Wait for API Key Activation

    • Streamline’s support team will enable the integration and provide an API key/secret for your account.

    3. Submit Integration Details to EasyHub

    • Once you have received the API key/secret from Streamline, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

      Subject: Streamline API Integration Activation

      Dear EasyHub Team,

      Please activate the Streamline API integration for our EasyHub account. Below are the necessary details:
      - EasyHub Customer Account Name: [Your Account Name]
      - API Key: [Your API Key from Streamline]

      Regards,
      [Your Name]

4. Automatic Synchronization

  • Once EasyHub receives your details, your Streamline account will be integrated. All units from Streamline will automatically be uploaded to the EasyHub portal.

5. Verifying Integration Status on the EasyHub Portal

  1. Login to the EasyHub Portal
    Use your administrator credentials to access the portal.

  2. Navigate to the PMS Vendor Menu

    • Go to the Integrations section.

    • Select PMS Vendor to view connected integrations.

  3. Check Integration Status

    • Look for the integration with Streamline.

    • The status will show as Connected once the setup is complete.

  4. View Synced Units

    • All units from Streamline will appear in the Units section of your EasyHub account.

  5. Once your integration is enabled, you can easily access your reservation door lock codes directly within the Streamline Unit Reservation Details. Simply look for the field labeled "Reservation: EasyHub Code" to view the assigned door lock codes.
