Creating secure and convenient access for visitors, staff, or guests is simple with EasyHub. This functionality is available on the Access page of the EasyHub platform, where you can generate various types of access credentials tailored to your needs.
Steps to Create a One-Time or Periodic Access
Navigate to the Access Page
Log in to your EasyHub account via the app or portal.
Open the Access page to manage property access credentials.
Click “Create Visitor Password”
Select the Create Visitor Password button to begin.
This will allow you to define specific access types and duration.
Choose the Password Type
Depending on your property’s requirements, select one of the following password types:
Online: Created and managed through the EasyHub system in real time, requiring an internet connection.
Offline: Generated without an internet connection and synced directly with the device.
Dynamic: A time-sensitive password that refreshes after a set period.
Fingerprint: If applicable, grant access using stored fingerprint data.
On-Line Card: For card-based access systems, you can configure the card’s access settings.
Define Access Type
Choose between One-Time or Periodic access based on your needs:
One-Time: As the name implies, this password can only be used once. After the first use, it is automatically canceled to ensure security.
Periodic: Set a recurring access schedule (e.g., daily, weekly) for regular visitors or staff. You can specify the days, times, and duration of access.
Confirm and Save
Review the access settings to ensure accuracy.
Save the access credentials and share them securely with the intended recipient.
