The EasyHub Property Manager Mobile App allows property managers to streamline property automation directly from their smartphones. Follow the steps below to download the app on your device:
For Android Users:
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Search for "EasyHub Property Manager" or click here to access the app directly.
Tap "Install" to download and install the app.
Once installed, open the app and log in using your EasyHub credentials.
For iOS Users:
Open the Apple App Store on your iOS device.
Search for "EasyHub Property Manager" or click here to access the app directly.
Tap "Get" and authenticate the download (via Face ID, Touch ID, or password).
Once installed, open the app and log in using your EasyHub credentials.
Enabling Staff/User Access via the EasyHub Portal
To enable access for staff or other users to manage property devices through the EasyHub mobile app, follow these steps on the EasyHub Portal:
Step 1: Access the Staff Management Menu
Log in to the EasyHub Portal using your administrator account.
Navigate to the "Staff" menu in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Manage Roles
Click on "Role Management".
Identify the role that grants access to manage property devices, such as "Property Manager Permanent Role".
If this role doesn't exist:
Click "Add Role".
Enter a name for the role (e.g., "Property Manager").
Assign permissions such as access to cameras, door locks, thermostats, sensors, and pool heaters.
Save the role.
Step 3: Assign the Role to a User
Go to the "Account Management" tab under the "Staff" menu.
Click "Add Account".
Enter the user's email address, name, and select the Property Manager Permanent Role from the dropdown menu.
Assign the specific properties or units the user should manage.
Click "Save" to create the account.
Step 4: User Activation
The user will receive an activation email with a link to set up their account.
Once activated, the user can log in to the EasyHub mobile app using their email and password.
Managing Access to Property Devices
The assigned user can now use the EasyHub mobile app to:
Monitor cameras and door locks.
Control thermostats, sensors, and pool heaters.
Oversee unit automation presets such as "Away Mode" or "Night Mode".
If further permissions need to be modified, revisit the Role Management menu to adjust the assigned permissions or property access.
