Granting Property Owners Access to the EasyHub Mobile App

Starting in February 2025, EasyHub will introduce a new web portal user role specifically designed for property owners. This feature will allow property owners to have permanent access to their assigned unit(s) or property through the EasyHub mobile app, ensuring seamless and secure management of their property.

Steps to Provide Mobile App Access to Property Owners:

  1. Assign the New User Role

    • Log in to the EasyHub web portal.

    • Navigate to the User Management section and create or modify a user role for the property owner.

    • Assign the new Property Owner role to the user. This role ensures permanent access to the specified properties within the client’s account trough the EasyHub mobile app

  2. Link Properties to the User

    • Select the property or unit(s) that the owner will have access to and link them to the assigned user role.

    • This ensures the user’s access is tied specifically to their property or unit.

  3. Automated Email Notification

    • Once the role is assigned, the system will automatically send an email invitation to the property owner.

    • The email will include instructions to download the EasyHub app for both iOS and Android devices, along with login credentials or prompts to set up their account.

  4. Owner App Access

    • After downloading the app, the property owner can log in and gain permanent access to their property.

    • Through the app, they can control smart devices, view property information, and monitor activities as permitted by the account settings.
