Unlocking the EasyHub Smart Door Lock is simple, secure, and designed for ease of use. Follow these steps to unlock and lock the door:

Steps to Unlock the Door Lock:

  1. Wake Up the Door Lock

    • Touch the back of your hand to the lock to activate it.

    • The lock will light up, indicating it is ready for input.

  2. Enter the 6-Digit Code

    • Type the 6-digit code provided by your property manager.

    • For security and compliance reasons, EasyHub only accepts 6-digit codes.

    • After entering the code, press the # key to confirm.

  3. Access Granted

    • If the code is correct, the door will unlock, and you’ll hear a confirmation sound or message.

  4. What Happens if the Code is Incorrect?

    • If the code entered is incorrect, the lock will say "verification failed".

    • You can try again as many times as needed until the correct code is entered.


Steps to Lock the Door:

  1. Activate the Lock Function

    • Hold the # key for 2 seconds.

    • The lock will engage, securing the door.
