Overview
The Asset Management section in the EasyHub Portal is where property administrators can manage and monitor unit licenses. It provides a centralized view of all licenses, their usage, and expiration statuses. This guide will walk you through navigating the Asset Management interface, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Accessing Asset Management
Log in to your EasyHub Portal.
From the main menu on the left-hand side, select Asset > Asset.
Understanding the Dashboard
The Asset Management page provides the following key details:
Total Licenses: The total number of licenses allocated to your account.
Remaining Licenses: The unused licenses available for future use.
Used Licenses: The number of licenses currently in use.
Expiring Licenses: Licenses close to their expiration date.
Expired Licenses: Licenses no longer active.
Tabs Overview
Licenses Tab: Displays detailed information about your licenses, including:
Quantity: Number of licenses in each entry.
Source: How the licenses were obtained (e.g., assigned by property manager, application).
Acquired At: The date and time when the license was assigned.
Expiration Time: The validity period of the license.
Activations Tab: Check this tab for information on activated licenses (not shown in the screenshot but available in the interface).
Expiration Tab: Lists licenses nearing expiration and allows for renewals.
Applications Tab: Displays any pending or active applications requesting additional licenses.
Applying for Additional Licenses
Click the Apply button in the top-left corner of the page.
Enter the number of additional licenses required and provide a justification if needed.
Submit the request. If you are not an account administrator, the administrator will receive a notification for approval.
Managing Licenses
To assign licenses to units or properties:
Navigate to the Licenses Tab by clicking on the top right of user account.
Click on Asset menu
Select the specific entry and click Assign.
Enter the property/unit details and allocate the desired quantity.
To monitor expirations:
Regularly check the Expiration Tab for licenses nearing their expiration date.
Renew licenses directly from this section if your role has the appropriate permissions.
Tips
Always ensure that your Remaining Licenses count is sufficient to accommodate new units or properties.
