This page outlines the comprehensive process for installing the EasyHub smart devices under our Sole Source approach. By centralizing device supply and installation with EasyHub, our clients benefit from seamless integration, streamlined communication, and consistent quality.

All EasyHub-manufactured smart devices are FCC certified and meet all the necessary qualifications and standards to remain fully compliant with USA legislation. This ensures that every device installed is built to the highest regulatory standards, providing reliability and safety. In addition, our team comprises highly trained professionals who deliver exceptional quality on every project, ensuring a seamless, high-quality installation experience for our clients.


1. What Is the Sole Source Approach?

The Sole Source approach means that all smart devices and installation services for your project are provided exclusively by EasyHub. This model ensures:

  • Consistency & Integration: All hardware and software are designed to work together, reducing compatibility issues and simplifying troubleshooting.

  • Single Point of Accountability: With one vendor responsible for the entire installation process, you enjoy clear communication, unified scheduling, and reliable support.

  • Optimized Performance: End-to-end control of the installation ensures that every component—from the Smart Hub to door sensors—is configured for maximum efficiency.


2. EasyHub Leading: Project Management and Coordination

Our approach starts with strong leadership from EasyHub:

  • Customer Success Engagement:
    Your dedicated Customer Success Manager works directly with you to develop daily and weekly installation schedules based on your existing reservations. This proactive planning ensures that all installations are aligned with your project timeline and business needs.

  • Operations Team Coordination:
    Our operations team handles all direct communications with the EasyHub technicians. They manage updates, resolve any scheduling conflicts, and ensure that every step of the installation process is executed smoothly.


3. Installation Process Overview

A. Standard Installation by EasyHub Technicians

  • End-to-End Installation:
    In most cases, our expert technicians perform the complete installation of smart devices at your property. This includes on-site setup, configuration, testing, and final handover.

B. Hybrid Installation Approach

  • Collaborative Installations:
    In certain projects, a hybrid approach is used where your customer technicians work in tandem with EasyHub’s own team. This model allows:

    • Efficiency: Both teams coordinate under our streamlined schedule to meet installation deadlines.

  • Coordinated Efforts:
    The daily and weekly schedules developed by our Customer Success Manager ensure that both EasyHub and customer technicians are synchronized, minimizing downtime and maximizing installation efficiency.


4. Smart Devices Included in Your Project

Your project may include a range of EasyHub smart devices designed for optimal residential automation. These typically include:

  • Smart Hub:
    The central controller that integrates all connected devices into a unified system.

  • Smart Door Lock:
    Provides enhanced security and remote access control for property entrances.

  • Smart Thermostat:
    Enables energy-efficient temperature control and remote adjustments.

  • Noise Sensor:
    Monitors ambient sound levels to help detect unusual activities or disturbances.

  • Pool Heater Control:

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Daily & Weekly Scheduling:
    Your project’s success depends on precise scheduling. Our Customer Success team works closely with you to determine the best times for installation, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

  • Hybrid Approach:
    If you choose the Hybrid approach, where your team contributes to the installation under EasyHub’s training and guidance, the process tends to accelerate even further. By leveraging your own resources, we can reduce installation time and keep your project on track.

  • Centralized Communication:
    The operations team serves as the liaison between you and the EasyHub technicians, ensuring that updates, changes, and confirmations are communicated promptly. This direct line of communication helps maintain transparency and accountability throughout the process.

  • On average, EasyHub technicians can install between 5 to 7 houses per day or more, depending on factors such as location and whether the properties are within the same condominium or community. To maximize efficiency, EasyHub strongly recommends scheduling installations within the same condo or complex, as this approach streamlines the process, reduces logistical delays, and accelerates overall project completion.

Installation Commitment & External Factors

EasyHub always adheres to the agreed-upon schedule with the Client for the designated installation day. Our priority is to complete the installation of all items outlined in the project scope or unit within the scheduled timeframe.

However, in certain situations beyond EasyHub’s control, installations may face unforeseen challenges, such as:

  • The specified unit is occupied or unavailable for access.

  • The electrical panel is inaccessible or requires modifications.

  • The internet connection is unavailable, not functioning, or only supports 5.0GHz networks, whereas EasyHub devices require a private 2.4GHz network with a password.

  • Door lock compatibility issues, where the existing door hole does not align with the EasyHub door lock, requiring adjustments or customer assistance.

  • Other external factors beyond EasyHub’s control that may impact the installation process.

In such cases, EasyHub will proactively communicate and coordinate with the Client to determine the best possible execution timing for affected installations. While unforeseen issues may occasionally require rescheduling, EasyHub’s goal is to install all agreed-upon devices on the scheduled installation day whenever possible.

Scheduling & Coordination for Efficiency

To ensure an efficient installation process, EasyHub:

  • Reviews and updates schedules daily, coordinating with Clients on priorities, installation regions, and specific resorts or communities.

  • Communicates schedule adjustments proactively, ensuring both parties are aligned on installation progress and any necessary modifications.

  • Recommends grouping installations within the same condo or community, maximizing efficiency and minimizing travel time.

Hybrid Installation Approach

As part of the overall installation process, EasyHub and the Client may agree on a Hybrid approach, where Client’s technicians assist with installing certain devices—such as Door Locks, Door & Window Sensors, and other select equipment—to further speed up deployment and optimize efficiency.

By maintaining clear coordination and flexibility, EasyHub ensures a seamless and efficient installation process that meets the Client’s operational needs.
