First, remove your EasyHub thermostat from the wall and ensure that the wiring matches the layout shown in the picture below. If you don’t see an orange wire, don’t worry, just make sure the remaining wires match the diagram below:
Plug your EasyHub thermostat back to the Wall and follow the steps below:
From the Home Screen, swipe to the left and click on "System" and then select "Cool"
Now go back one screen and click on the settings icon
Now Click on the "Advanced Settings" Button
Now Click on "Heat Type"
Now Select Heat Pump
Now mark all the items on the left side of the screen
After that, press the "Return" button multiple times until you reach the home screen. The thermostat is now set to cooling mode. Depending on the temperature you’ve set, it may take 15 to 40 minutes for the house to feel cooler.
